We provide a fixed price construction cost from your plans or ours. We can also help out well before this stage with our development management capabilities.

You may have a block of land ready for development or still looking, we can help from this point onwards. We will put together a feasibility for your site or potential sites working with town planners and designers to configure the best and most profitable outcome.

Focal Group help purchase the site going through due diligence and negotiations. The next stage is to plan for development, getting plans ready for approvals then the fun starts. Focal group will construct your project keeping you up to date every step of the way.
